Help please

Hi could anyone give me advise please. My Kymco agility 50cc. Has been running fine until the other day whilst riding it. The speed dropped and it stopped working. I tried restarting it a few times but only managed a few yards down the road until it cut out.

Start with the basics. Fill the gas tank try it. Won't start then check for spark. It should be white, is good, yellow is weak. Look at the plug wire, cracked or worn/rubbed through? Is the battery charged 12-13 volts?
