2005 how to replace headlight bulb

They are a PITA.

Go to Kymco Parts monster, and use the Kymco parts feature.

They have an exploded view of the head set that you can use as a guide.

I haven't done this before, but my guess would be to remove the top cover (the one with the gauges). There 6 screws, 4 facing front and 1 from the left side and one from the right. Then you can pop it up, and there is this rubber cover on the back of the headlamp. Just remove it and you should gain the access to the headlight bulb.
