so after I stop the engine he say to don't pull the throtle cable again until I remove the spark plug ?

Hold the throttle where it is until the engine is shut off. That way the plug will show what is happening at that throttle setting.

For example, if you are running a wide open throttle plug chop, don't release the throttle until after the engine stops completely.

Been busy hows everyone, looks like you guys have it handled,  I agree with the carb tuning it is awful still tweaking mine, but i am running more than 50 now on the flats still need to figure out an exact speed but keeping up with the cars passing with ease as well.  I am loving it, up hill is still a battle but not nearly as bad as it was, but I will say this I am blowing all the scoots out of the water, I have had so many people asking me what the hell I had under her!!!

Didnt get the pipe, still working on the carb though, I keep messing with the jets, I am running rich now when i hit close to my top end my scoot slows me down still havent raised the needle yet just been enjoying the ride.  I really hope to get this thing right but havent had much time to work on it I will keep updating, want to take her on a long trip, but want her running right first

...dn't know about that needle raising...i've tried it, but have always gotten better all-around response with it in the stock position...

..with a lil help from my friends, i've been able to tune it out with just the main and slow jets...
