Hello.I have a gti 300 people and I want to change the headlight.How to do thις; How can I get that solved the plastic steering wheel;Thanks a lot.

  wait for a warm day to work on the plastic,. I use a small putty knife 1 inch wide, to put preasure on the tabs to release them, on the down town it is easy, its mostly screws and a few bolts, good luck on yours   don

do you have a service manual?  Search this "you tube kymco headlight"  There are a bunch of Vids that might help.
