That is un-related to the cdi.  The cdi doesn't even attach to the battery...It is A/C powered direct from the stator.  You have a short somewhere else in your wiring.  Most likely somewhere in your lighting.

I fixed it i had putted led lights under my number plate and a little water got into them that was the problem not the cdi.

Don't derestrict your CDi's i derestricted it i traveled 1500 miles and now the CDI doesn't work.

WOW, That's odd..........
.....Because i sure have over 23,000KMS on my OEM DE-restricted CDI..... and still working BTW.....
......The SUITAI CDI that i have now only has like 4000 ATM......
