Noodoe Map Download Problem

Hey Guys,

I just bought my brand new Kymco Downtown 250i 2024. I live in Turkey and I wanted to download Turkey map in Noodoe app but I couldn't. Because USA map was preselected and for other options app says they're "Unavailable". When I delete and reinstall the app, "One free map download" option appears, but when I close and reopen the app, the USA map shows up again. You can see the screenshot below. My phone is iPhone 14 Pro. Can you please help me ?

WHO pre-selected the USA map?
For a new Noodoe account once the one free map is selected that's it. Other maps should be available for a price however so it does seem strange that other maps are unavailable. I would contact either the dealer or Noodoe support for help on that.

This is the web site I have for Noodoe support. There is an email listed for assistance. If this email doesn't support your country then they should be able to tell you which email that you do need.

I've no any idea. It's like someone connected my bike at the factory and select USA map and voila! I'm the lucky guy. There may be a software issue I'm okey with that but even if i want to pay for a map, it doesn't allow me to do.

Dealer also has no idea. He connected a different brand new bike with his phone and there wasn't any problem. There was option to download free map. (He didn't select anything of course)

I e-mailed kymco noodoe support team a lot and they finally understand the issue i think. They requested my account informations and hopefully they will solve the problem.

It's kind of strange to think that I'm the only one with this problem.

same problem here. I bought second hand Xciting 400 (2019) from Germany and map of Germany is already installed. I tried everything, reseting scooter connection, reseting app but it’s always the same - I enter Map store, list of countries appeared but all of them “Unavailable” 🫤🫤

I sent several emails to Noodoe customer support but keep geting kind of generic reply about one free map policy.
I understand one free map policy but I want to buy additional map😐🤷🏻

If anyone could help with advice it would be great.

When did you buy your scooter ? My only hope is that the paid map options will be unlocked 14 days after the date I purchased the motorcycle (There’s no official information, of course—it's just my hopeful assumption). Because as you mentioned, Kymco support only gives generic responses and nothing more.

I'm now spamming them with multiple emails every day. I've heard from many people that the map system isn't very useful anyway, but still, being deprived of it is just absurd—especially when I bought it brand new from an authorized dealer.

Long story short, when it comes to Noodoe issues, dealing with Kymco feels like being stranded alone in the middle of a desert.

You're right. Customer support for Noodoe is a big failure. I'm trying to reach kymco/noodoe responsibles in alternative ways. Hope we can find a solution.

Noodoe is actually a contracted company with Kymco and not internal to Kymco. That is one reason Kymco isn't much help. But still...

I understand okey but I don’t really care who is who. I bought a “Kymco” product. Kymco does not manufacture bolts for example, but if a bolt on the bike fails, “Kymco” is responsible, not the bolt manufacturer.

Anyway, thanks for the info. I already e-mailed to Kymc directly. Hope they can find a solution.

Update!

I finally managed to download Turkey map. Noodoe support team has reset my vehicle information and problem solved. Its a little bit longer than I expected but anyway, I am appreciated. Btw I drove like 250 km yesterday with Noodoe navigation and it was way better than I expected, I’ve never get lost. Dropping support team mail below. Thanks all.
