How i can check my motor temperature if its not overheat can i check it with non contact digital laser thermometer? If yes so where i should aim the laser thermometer? The the engine block? Or engine case? Or the cylinder block?
  on my 2016 Piaggio b v 350  the Temp. reads 190  ,. riding on the road,.  in stopped  traffic it turns the fan on and reads 210,.

If you're really concerned and want to monitor your temps, buy an aftermarket sensor and gauge such as below and mount it. I've actually thought about doing this myself, but then I realized I have no real need, I was just board and wanted to mod the bike.
