Leo Vince Touring vs. Stock Exhaust De-restrict Mod
« on: August 03, 2019, 03:11:26 PM »
Anyone here have experience with the Leo Vince Touring exhaust?

Mine is a 2012 Super 8 2T and I was wondering if swapping to that exhaust would provide the same benefits of doing the de-restrict mods on the stock exhaust. I work for a motorsport supply company and can get one for pretty cheap, so I really like the idea of just bolting that on instead having to take the time to hack the extra junk pipes out of the stock exhaust - not to mention getting it to a shop to weld it back shut.

Any downsides to the Leo Vince Touring vs a modded stock pipe that I might be overlooking?

Leo Vinchis are nice pipes... I have one on my SH50. Worth it for the better quality and looks I think

If its still just a matter of removing the restrictor cone via a short piece of weld, I would give the LEO Vince ago if I was to do it again.
