« on: September 26, 2017, 05:49:51 PM »
Two early guys for coffee - I'm on my Liberty, buddy brought out his 1951 BMW with side car (car is creme with brown leather seat - black bike has two hard rubber seats)

** anyone else tried 'nitro' coffee yet?

Karl,
Bike is seen parked in front of one of our coffee shops, bottom picture. You're looking at it head-on. Kinda dark still, at 6:45.
We like it then - before all the tourists show up. He's a local...I'm the tourist.
Small, idiosyncratic burg in which I've felt comfortable for 5 decades.

Them old Beamers will run forever. I'll bet the side car started life in black. More than likely a 650. This is the same bike the Russians used to build the Urals. They stole all the good stuff left in the BMW factory, after the war and took it all home. They build them just like they were in 1939. All the Urals with side hacks are two wheel drive.

There's a guy living near this BMW with a new red Ural w/ side car. Beautiful looking outfit...always wondered about the quality of them though?

Fake news?  A Ural is about as like a 1939 BMW as a V-Rod is like a Case tractor! If you don't mind, fake news is like totally depressing.
