It won't start, nothing moving...

I changed for new spark plug, battery, all fluid and gas.

Key on, brake light is working, oil light on dash came on.

I tried to start with button and nothing then kickstart... nothing.... NOTHING is moving or making a noise... NOTHING...

any idea?? I bought super 9 a few months ago and the seller said it was sitting for a few years.

Is the kick starter snapping back like it should....is there any sound(starter) when you push the button....did you check the fuses
