We actually cut the valves @ 3 angles(30/45/60*) then cut the matching seat into the end of the stock in a cnc lathe. Cut the finished seat off the stock, and cut/pressed it into the head. I'm actually looking for a pair of 64x30mm valves to cut in.
(I fix his boat, and he makes me parts). I realy like these little 4t's. They can really hum along on Pee for fuel. I would like to build a nice stroked 8-9hp 4t.
