how to remove the rev limiter on a kymco super8 2010 model

hi this is my first post,
i have seen another page like this 1 however on the other page there was a photo of the cdi units wires and it said to cut one of the pink wires.
however on my super 8 there is no wires where the pink ones are on the photo.
how do i take the limiter of  ??????????????????
any help will be valued  :) :)

Hi and welcome to the forum, it would be helpful if you could narrow down your scoot, not clear if it's a 50 2t, 50 4t, or 125 4t, if it's the latter it's got no restrictions

well, there is a washer that prevents the belt from moving to the top of the variator on some scoots,

I think you can get unrestricted CDI's on ebay....don't forget to tell your insurers, and ride safe!

Hi! welcome aboard. Can you post a pict. of your cdi, and wiring? Or describe what connectors, and wire colors are there? (bla/yell, blu/wh ect.)
