Lock for Seat broke.

Just got my Agility 50 (2009) and the seller didn't tell me that ha snapped the key in the lock for the seat until he arrived. 

I have managed to get the bit of the snapped key out but only have 1 key and have tried putting the 1 key i have in and it goes just over half way in and doesn't turn much.

Is there a way I can remove the Lock or some panels to check it and if not, replace it?

yes you have to take the plastic off wear the lock is and you should beable to pull on a wire that locks the seat. ounce you get it open take the seat off to get to the lock. and see whats makeing it not work right.
