Yes, as Alex says, check coolant level -- should be between high and low marks on the overflow tank.  There is a slot on the left skirt to view it through but as he says, easier to look right down in the tank.  The whole rubber footrest pad comes right off by pulling.  Then you'll see the screw. Add only non-silicate antifreeze or distilled water if needed.  I use Prestone 50/50.

Other than that, the tire pressures is about all I can think of for now.  I run just a tad under the max inflation since I never carry a maximum load and I only weigh 134 pounds.  :D

Great I have done all that all of you have said to do and all is good now! The bike is a 2007 and has 24450 on it! It seems to ride good so far as it has Michelin tires on it and some little metal pieces on rims are those weighs? Has anyine figured out how to get an iphone to fit under the seat in the cellphone holder ?

If they are little squares or rectangles they are probably weights.  My local tire guy can't balance when he mounts tires for me but said those weights could have been put on at the factory for balancing the rim itself.  Said to leave them alone.  I don't know if he is right about that.

By the way, congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum!  What color is yours?  We'd sure like to see pictures of it if/when you can get some.  Mine is orange with silver skirts.  Also an '07 which I bought in Feb '10 with 4000 miles on it.  I'm quite pleased with mine.  Just a couple of minor issues so far.

Pictures of it here: http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=1710.0

Do you ride mainly for pleasure or commuting or touring, etc??

Going to try and attach picture here if you don't see it maybe you can give me a tip! BTW yours is beautiful my first 150 cc scooter was that Cole and I LOVED that color!
