Strange Kymco rubber wires?!

I found these three rubber wires hanging underneath my sons kymco agility wide. And I am wondering what they are for? or if they have been cut somehow? He was in a minor crash recently so maybe something fell out or got cut?? Anyone know what they are for? He don't feel anything different driving the moped...

Theses aren't "wires" they're drain tubes that drain unwanted fluids onto the road instead of onto the hot motor. Fuel overflow, oil overflow, carb overfflow, crankcase breather, etc.
