Led turn signal diode installation tutorial

Hello everyone,

 So over the weekend I installed a diode kit to stop my newly installed LED turn signals from four way flashing. I had originally planned on installing new turn signal assembly's but the Led ones that I ordered from Amazon were not Bright enough to be seen in full daylight So those were send back. Instead I opted to just Install 4 Led Bulbs in the scooter's current Winker socket. Testing I found out that the Bulbs that were installed in the socket emitted much more light than the new assemblies that came from Amazon. Below I have written a detailed step by step tutorial In a word document explaining on How I completed the process. Please feel free to use this guide if you are upgrading to Led turn Signals.

What do you mean by four-way flashing? I don't think my winkers do that.

when you install led's into all four winker assemblies and hit the turn signal it will almost act as if it is a four way flasher. This is due to the low current that is traceling through the indicator bulb on the dash. To stop the flow of electricity from backfeeding into the dash bulb, I installed a resistor.
