Dark, Rain, Wind - best lights or best tires??
« on: November 14, 2020, 03:52:20 PM »
Forecast is for steady rain, 46°F and 20>30mph winds for dark ride tomorrow morning.
Ideally it'd be nice to be on Michelins with a good 55W headlight.
One of my scoots has Michelins and a 35W headlight ; the other scoot (Liberty150i) has very good 55W headlight and cheap-feeling Maxxis tires.

Both scooters have proven to be solidly reliable in a heavy rain. So, no worries about the mechanicals and both have very good additional rear lighting.

Leaning towards the Kymco LIKE200i with its Michelins and that mediocre 35W headlight. I'll just slow down....more :)

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
