When jumping with another,  known good,  battery....might try removing both  pos and neg wires from battery. Now attach these wires to your jumper source.
In other words - remove "sparky" (your old battery) entirely from the start attempt process.
Just a thought...

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

You have elimonated the fuses, now you are tracing voltage to see where it quits....

Well, you have something that has "burned in two" or destroyed. Now, we are trying to find out what it is, cheap or expensive.

I don't know and refuse to guess untill we do some tests to isolate the cause.

We need to see a description of what tests you performed with the multimeter. Such as, probed the fuse backs through the two little holes in their backs to see voltage/no voltage when keybturned on. Then, once that is verified, we go to the next voltage check.

Based upon reading everything from the beginning you have something burned in two from the battery either red or black, + or-. It could be inside the terminal socket where the wire connects to the terminal. Probably a ground wire I am GUESSING the easiest ground connection was on the frame or engine. Will require careful inspection and testing.

Just small uodate. I bought new ECU,it is sold with throtle body, and it is not that problem,so ECU is fine..
