Getting High on my Super 8

On our ride on the BRP, our SW had the tall Givi windshield which was nearly impossible to see thru in the fog. Had to look around the windscreen a few times to get my bearings. Attacked that bad boy with a jig saw and whacked her down where now I can see over it.

I would NEVER have a windshield I couldn't see over.

How fast does that scoot go? I can feel a reduction in power in my B650 from sea level to Durango, CO at 6,500 ft mostly on take off.

I can normally get to about 65-68 on the speedometer on level ground but the speedo reads about 10% or more high.  Going up some of the longer, steeper hills I sometimes could only do about 30.  That didn't happen too often. 

When I got back to Huntsville and rode around town, 600 feet elevation and mostly flat, it did seem peppier so I guess I did lose some power at elevation although it was the inclines that made the most difference.

I have always said the same thing but was delinguent getting it cut down before the trip. All of my other bikes I could see over. Never ever again.
