Air and Noice is coming from the middle hole in the front heat protection, where there are three stainless screws
What is suppose to be there?
Tried to post a Pic, but I possible from phone
To be clear - there are three screws - but one is missing?

I know you have the fuel line cleared - because the rotting line in the tank can send all kinds of junk towards the injector.
Let's hope no one has been "adjusting" the factory-set throttle body.
Intake manifold cracked, leaking?

I'm going to have to clean the new injector and am in the process of removing the fuel tank for cleaning. There's varnish in the bottom. I'll also install an in-line fuel filter before the injector. I'm having trouble removing the engine cowling. There are screws or something at the base holding it but I can't find it. It looks like it's holding at the rear base of the cowling and at the front sides connecting to the floor. Anyone have pics of removing the cowling? I'll take pics to post here.Hello - I don't think any panels have to be removed in order to remove the fuel tank. Maybe removing the center panel will make things easier? This panel is easy enough to remove.
Remove the seat and the under-seat bucket.
Cyclepedia.com manual has pretty clear photos involving the removal procedure of the fuel tank.
If you plan to keep your LIKE200i for a length of time - might be a good investment. It has been for me these past 13 yrs.

No cowling off.
Fuel pump assy out completely from top.
Check for rotten parts like rubber hose or filter screen.
Empty tank: syhphone out as much as possible
Injector off,
-fuel line extended,
-container for fuel,
-ignition on,
-fuel out,
-several times
Then pump out.
