Cant tell you for sure about the CDI, guess it`s the same as the Agility tho.
Go ahead and put in a #82 main jet, buy a smooth boss and install 5,5gr rollers (16x13) while you`re at it. Derestrict the intake manifold (there`s a washer in there).

Drive safe!

Most things have been done, I even needlessly ordered a smooth boss. I mounted 5.5 g rolls, but the machine seemed to be slower and lost at maximum speed, max 55. The original rollers were 6.5 g, I think 5.5 come light. Now I'm thinking of ordering 6 grams, you can come with them.

All GPS-verified, same straight road, both way average speed measuring technique, same fuel and oil, carb always tuned speeds:

Derestricted: Variator boss, airbox/intake manifold, cdi cut, different roller weights (5,5gr).

A50 derestricted stock: 63 km/h
A50 derestricted Malossi multivar and #80 jet: 67 km/h
A50, Malossi multivar, drilled open airbox, #84 jet: 73 km/h and hit rev limiter (only capable of reaching this speed when tucked in)
A80, 72cc big bore kit, malossi multivar, drilled open airbox, #90 jet, camshaft stock: 73 km/h (need to tuck in slightly to reach top speed)
A80, 72cc big bore kit, malossi multivar, drilled open airbox, #90 jet, camshaft A9: 73 km/h (Basically almost reach this speed unless headwind is strong-ish)

All done on the same 2007 Kymco agility under the same circumstances.

What exactly does it mean open air box ????

Nah, the stock 50cc doesn`t have the torque to pull the longer gears. Try other upgrades and mess with gears once you`ve got more than 70cc`s, otherwise you will only get slower.

Thanks  ;) ;) ;) ;)

I apologize, but I am not sure what your question is.  Do you mean to ask "Can I modify the stock exhaust to improve performance or must I purchase an aftermarket high performance exhaust?"

exactly  :D :D :D

Hello, I wonder if i  can make some fashion on the stock exhaust , or have to replace it with sport ????

Hello I am interested in what the orginal size belt at Agility City 50 2013 year .In Bulgaria sold 729 mm. length, and some sites I go out, it should be 737 mm. I do not know what the truth is, I did not come to open crankcase to see what is now the bike.

Thanks in advance.Hopefully by Christmas I can boast here with my Kymco . I would like to learn what initial improvements need to do to improve the course and maximum speed. I read quite here, but already confused, what on what model years scooters do.
