Vitality 50 / Starting issue

Hi all I have a 4 stroke kymco like which I have installed a 70cc kit on.
I have to use the kickstarter to get it going. It won't start with the key and I want it to. When I turn the key it sounds like its getting plenty of crank but just won't start the bike. Sometimes when the engine is warm it will start with the key. It has a good battery in it, what can be the issue? Anyone else had problems with starting after installing a bbk?

General Discussion / Big bore overheating

 hello all, ok so I have a 2010 kymco like 50cc which is a 4 
Stroke scooter. Setup with a performance exhaust and open air filter.
I have recently installed a 70cc airsal kit with a performance head. 
The problem I having is that it is getting very hot,even at idle, the performance doesn't seem to be much better either. 
I have messed around with jetting alot,and it still runs very hot so basically I can't 
Run it for to long or it will overheat.
I have upped the spark plug from a heat range 7 to an 8 also.
What is causing this overheating??????
Is it possible that my carby and or intake manifold are to small and causing overheating?  The carby looks 
About 17.5 mm and the intake manifold looks a few mm smaller than this.
Or is there something I did wrong on the install possibly.
