Is the Agility 125 much larger (seat height, wheel base, etc.) that the Agility 50?

I've not needed Kymco parts for a while but I'm hearing chatter about problems finding parts or distributors. My 2 local Kymco dealers dropped the Kymco line so I have no local dealer to support. I had been considering purchasing a used Kymco this coming winter but parts availability now concerns me. Are the online sources of OEM Kymco parts able to get parts and give good service? Should I be concerned about purchasing another Kymco scooter for this reason?

Yamaha Sports Plaza seems not to list Kymco on its' website anymore. Can anyone confirm that they are no longer a source of Kymco parts?

Agility 50 / Drive belt and variator roller advice

I have a junker Agility 50 4T which now runs. I've removed the drive system case to inspect the components (which I've never done before) and some things don't look as bad as I expected. Each of the 8.5 gr rollers have a few flat spots on them and the O.D.'s are near or below the service limit minimum.
The drive belt looks good as far as I can tell. The belt starts life new at 17.5mm width. Service limit minimum is 16.5 mm. This belt measures 16mm. Can I expect any noticeable improvements if I replace either the rollers or the belt?

I've been working with bystarters on my Kymco scooters. Some work properly. Some do not. I've taken resistance readings, done bench tests, etc. I have a question or two if someone here has worked with bystarters.

Technical | How To / Explain air boxes please.

Could someone please explain air boxes on these scooters. Sure, they contain and protect the air filter. But there's a whole lot of air volume enclosed on both sides of the air filters. Why are the boxes so large? And shaped as they are?

Agility 50 / Air hose length?

My Agility does not have the factory airbox and filter. The hose connecting the carb to the airbox is approximately 1-1/2" I.D. Can anyone tell me the length of this hose?

Agility 50 / Agility 50 carb model?

My 2011 Kymco Agility 50 carb is a Keihin brand (18mm I believe). If I can sort out some issues I'd like to buy a a variety of jets for this carb but I'm not sure of the carb model. The idle jet was badly damaged and I used a left-hand drill bit to get it out. So I don't even have dimensions for the idle jet. Does anyone have any ideas. What model is this carb (like PA, PB, PW, etc.)?What are the dimensions of the stock idle jet (length, thread size, etc.)?

2011 Kymco Agility 50. Primary coil test spec range is 0.1 to 1.0 ohms. When I attach my tester leads I cannot get a steady reading. The display moves from 0.1 to 0.4 and all points in between. It does not move quickly but it will not hold a steady reading - ever. What is going on? Is this a problem?

Agility 50 / Carburetor pump

The Agility 50 carb has a pump which operates off the throttle action sending fuel into the carb on the air intake side. When and how is this pump utilized?
