Downtown 300 / Help me to choose rear break pads

Hello!
My local dealet wants 65usd for a pair of break pads, sounds expensive to me.
The breaks are ofcoursr important so i want good pads.
What rear pads should i choose of these?

Downtown 300 / Overfillded oil

Hello
I overfilled my oil a little bit, it is about 3mm (0.12 inch) over the crossed marks on the stick, must i do something about it or just leave it.
When i filled it the oil in the engine was warm, had only 20% of the stick, now when i messure its cold.

Downtown 300 / A piece of variator "fell off" Dangerous?

Hello
Today i changed back  variator weights back to the original from DrPulley 15g.
 I feel that the engine has to work harder than it should, I could be wrong, but this is not my question, but:
I have done a variator tools myself, but got my purchased from Aliexpress yesterday and wanted to try it.
Then slipped the tool and a sliver of external variator  went off
Is it dangerous to drive with the splinter away or should I buy a new asap?

Downtown 300 / Change clutch to remove stalling at takeoff?

Hello
Im having trouble at takeoff all the time warm as cold engine.
The scooter rattles and shakes very much in the takeoff moment and then goes fine.
It always starts and have fine throttle at 15-1600.
Ive had some fine tips here like tune up the cvt, but i dont have the tools yet to do it myself.

Ive talked to the workshop today (also the official Kymco dealer in Sweden) and he said it´s probaly the spring, and they have changed it on a couple of Downtowns,
to a stronger one.

Anybody who have done that and solved this kind of problem?

I wonder if its worth the money leaving the scooter to them, or better to wait for tools to do my own tune up?

Downtown 300 / Remove variator without air tool

Hello Boys and girls

I need to remove my variator to put in som new sliders and som cleaning.

I dont have an air tool for the job.

I´ve seen somewhere here in the forum that you could make your own tool, but ive searched and i cant find it..

Do you have any idea how to do it?

Since im a big guy i falled for this scooter and found one today that im able to testdrive for the weekend.

Im offered to buy this 2013 4000km in good shape for 2600usd.

Is that a good price?

The new ones now offered for 4150usd in Sweden.

Agility 50 / Gasoline in airfilter & restricted intake?

I took apart the airbox today and saw a very small amount of gasoline that been running from the carb.
Is that normal. Posted a pic

I see that i have a restriction? on the intake.
Should it stay or be removen?

Agility 50 / What Cdi to buy?

Hello
I have tried 2 different Cdi Boxes and none of them seems to work as good as the orginal.
They make the scooter go faster but the idle is impossible to set without the wheel spinning with high throttle or no throttle at all.
Can someone please give me a link to a one that works like it should?

The Orginal is 30410-LEJ2-E10 2015.Mar 06

Agility 50 / The best valve clearance for Agility 50 -2015

Hello folks

What are the optimal  valve clearance for Agility 50 -2015

The Handbook says 0.04 in and out, is that the best?

The shop set it for med after i didnt have any idle, stopped everytime i didnt have any gas.
Now it´s very difficult to start cold.

So i was thinking of trying to set them myself, its  now 0.05 in and out.

The only change on it is a unristricted CDI

Agility 50 / Agility 50 city 2015 cylindersetup

Hi everyone

I bought the Agility 50 city 2015 this October and it has been nothing but small problems all along.

No throttle, return it to the shop, they fix it, what happens, it wont start until the battery is almost dead.

The walves are set to 0,05 both ways

Changed to DrPulley 5.5 and better acc, but at the higher rpm´s its unstable, changed back to orginal and worse acc and still same problem att the higher rpm´s.
It´s like at 6/8 gas its doensnt get air.

It goes 30km/h uphill and 53 downhill

New unrestricted CDI

So now to my real question :-)

I want to put in a new cylinder, i want the scooter to run at 60-65km/h flat and 40km uphill
I´m prepaird to buy a new Carboretur since many have solved a lot of problems with that solution. ::)

What should i buy and fix to reach my ambitions without to much changes.
