And I do not think very many of us would be riding a LIKE if we had the disposable income to put a Vespa in the garage instead. Many of us bought the LIKE because it reminds us of the Vespa and Lambert ta ....not because it is better than those scooters.
My LIKE is a good value Chinese made scooter which I enjoy and that fits my needs - but a Vespa fits most LIKE owners wants.
Nevertheless, glad you like your scooter, too.

This is just my toy ride!

The intent is just fun, truly we all know the kymco Like; while great it's no Vespa.

I have a 2013 Can-Am Spyder RTS sitting next to the Like, which is the riding horse and used on long commutes.

PS: The Like is going in Cycletrader this weekend as I'm considering a c650GS..
The Like only has 210 miles...

LIKE 200i / HELP: Removing front center (Lower) panel...

Hi,

I need help with info on how to remove the front lower panel on my like (above the front fender).
I ran into a chromed lower panel on eBay and had it delivered. However, I have no clue how to remove and install this one.

Ps: I'm also replacing the grey passenger grips with chromed finished ones... hopefully this will be as easy as removing the three screws I see... :-)

Excellent timing!

I just got a spare Like seat this weekend off from eBay. It'll be my weekend project.
I'll just work on the shape an padding, then will take it to a shop for upholstering.

I do not own an OEM windscreen for my Like; but rather purchased a Slipstream medium of Amazon. I do like the way it looks and works on my ride. OEM is hit and miss for the like from what I've read.

Actually, maybe because of my height (5-9) the headlight doesn't seem to be an issue. Also, the phone blocks the small band that's visible when I look down.

I also added some stripes to my ride yesterday!
Awaiting for my chrome trim or bumper guards to arrive sometime next week (Hopefully). Also debating on the installation of LEDs...

Greatly appreciated. Will like to know routing for light strips and location for drawing current...

Yup... It does scare me wearing earphones for music while riding. I did find a way to mount my speakers so I'm good to go. Thanks for the ideas!

Thanks all! Got back from TN and decided doing a couple off customization before bed...

1. Added a Ram ball and platform for my Bose SoundLink Mini... (Photo tomorrow).

2. Installed windscreen, Test ride and results tomorrow.
