Super 8 / super 8 ignition

Hi. Does anyone have a ignition barrel diagram as my super 8 nearly got hotwired the other day and ripped the wires out the back of the ignition barrel. And also does anyone know if I need to solder the wires back to the ignition. Many thanks.
