Thank you for your reply, I didn't put the cable back in and now it is starting first time, it definitely is just a faulty switch or relay, not sure which one yet, but thanks anyway :)

Hello, I have an 09 Kymco Agility RS 50, it has been de restricted at the main jet and the CDI, it has the same CDI as the Agility City, I think. I removed the pink/purple cable which disabled the rev limiter. My electric start has always been a bit dodgy and I had never got round to changing it, it might just be a coincidence but now it won't even turn over, it doesn't sound like it is doing anything? Kick start works fine. What I am asking is that because I removed that cable from the CDI is that the reason why my electric start isn't working at all?

I will ring them tomorrow but I doubt they will give me any information on what to do to disable the rev limiter? Somebody on here must know how to do it with the CDI I have!

Hello, yes sorry have uploaded a better picture now, it is not the same CDI as I have seen on the internet, it only has one block, not two that you connect into, it also has 8 pins. I haven't dropped the jet in the carburettor but will have a look around that area when the new  jet comes. Just wondering how I disable the rev limiter as I have heard that with the CDI I have you cut an external wire?

Hello, I can't find anything solid on this topic so would really like some help! I have a 2009 Kymco Agility RS 50, it has an 82 main jet and I can currently get 38mph out of it, variators/boss and CDI haven't been changed. My CDI is an 8 pin, it has 8 cables going into it, two of which are pink/purple (this is actually just one cable it is just attached to two ports on the CDI). The model of my CDI is 30410-LEJ2-E10 2009. FEB, I would like to know what do I have to do to the CDI to disable the rev limiter without buying an unlimited one? Also, what drive boss should I buy as I would like to put that in as well.

Okay thanks, if I put an 82 jet back in the carb do you reckon it will go back up to the speed it was doing before?
This is also the cabling of my CDI, what wire do I cut to disable the rev limiter?

Hello, I have an 09 plate Kymco Agility RS 50, when I bought it the guy said that it was half de restricted as he took something out the Carburettor, CDI is restricted and variators and rollers have not been touched. Today I put a 85 main jet in the carb, then lost the original that was in there somehow, think it was an 82 but not positive! Now it only goes 15mph, it used to go just under 40? :( I have ordered an 82 jet but that will take a few days to arrive so wondering what else could be the problem and also how to increase the speed even more?
