Downtown 300 / Weird ignition sound. HELP ME!!

Please look this video, and give me some tips what is that sound (at 0.05 sec)

The engine started without any problem. There is no faulty code.
Maybe the starter engine will die?

Hi Downtown Brothers
I decided to sell my old DT300i, and I looking for a younger, lower km, but ABS DT300.
I am in Hungary so I am only intrested in Europe...
If somebody here would like to sell his DT300, or know a good one somewhere plesese inform me...

No, in the service they changed the battery, so they checked the contacts...
Maybe one of the battery cell is shortcircuited?
There was not enought voltage to rotate the starter motor. Battery can't suck up the voltage from the charger.

Okay everybody calm down It was the battery's fault...
I took the battery back to the shop, and they certify (after an examination with some kind of battery machine, I don't know the english name of it) that the battery is okay.
So I took the bike to my service, I told them the battery is good so there could be an other problem. My man make a jumpstart, then change the battery with an old one, in both case the engine started flawlessly. So it was the battery after all...
Now I am try to change back my battery, but they are not admiting my garantiee recleam, beacause "the battery is good".
This is Hungary, year 2016..

He is not a Kymco man, he repairing all kind of motors. It was a question from me, but I didn't know neither.
But that is a good news, one problem less
(I think I checked all the common problems, side stand, battery, runstop switch)

My first problem with my bike... ((
So my engine doesn't want to start. My battery is new, the starter engine is working, but the engine doesn't get started. Tomorrow I will take it to my service man.
He said it could be the starter engine, an electrical shortcut, or maybe a decompression valve (it holds the compression in the valve, and the starter engine can't kick up the piston, to run the engine). Do you know anything about this valve?
What do you think??

I had to change at 25000km, but I would have to feel it earlier, it was loose a little bit. So I ran a few thousand km like this, now I learned the lesson...

Read all the topics in this matter, we had a lot of trying...
13gr is way to light, the RPM is gets high very fast, but the torque comes at 7000RPM, just like a speedbike. You lost a lot power at low RPM.
I use 15,4gr now (like factory weight), I gained 2000RPM (6000-8000) at the end. Good for city cruising, and good for fast accelerating if I had to.
