I got it two months ago. Generaly very happy with it.

Also heard Noodoe isn’t very useful but as you mentioned when I have it installed I would like to use it.

Kymco/Noodoe’s customer support is joke😐🤷🏻???. Not getting any help from them, I keep asking one thing they replying another🫤🫤🫤

Hello from Croatia,

same problem here. I bought second hand Xciting 400 (2019) from Germany and map of Germany is already installed. I tried everything, reseting scooter connection, reseting app but it’s always the same - I enter Map store, list of countries appeared but all of them “Unavailable” 🫤🫤

I sent several emails to Noodoe customer support but keep geting kind of generic reply about one free map policy.
I understand one free map policy but I want to buy additional map😐🤷🏻???

If anyone could help with advice it would be great.
