People 50 / Won't start p50 2t

Hey!
There was a attempt to steal my p50 today! all the electric cables were disconnected including the cdi box.
Now to the problem, it wont start
i have check the spark plug and it dosn't get a spark. I believe that the cables green, black,black&yellow, black&blue have been mixed up so if someone can send me a picture of the cdi box whit the cables correct insert i wudl be very thankful
Btw it's a 2001 model

Yeah i know, the bike has those huge wheels that gives you a grate balance and a hole at the road is no match for the p50 thank for the help everyone

Still there is no difference is it only mine that loses lot of speed when you are going uphill?
Mine is going betwin 30-40 km/h uphill
Downhill 45km/h
Flat line about 40km/h

I have just cleaned the air filter it was really dirty I haven't put it on yet it's still wet

thanks M8 yes it has been sitting but it's starts very good and i have just gotten it. It was my brothers before me i have not check the spark plug or cleaned the carburetor also i have not cleaned the air filter.
I have check the belt but it's all fine

Hello, i have a kymco people 50 2t but it's accelerating very slow and the top speed is about 40-45km/h.
I wonder what i can do to fix the problem i don't want it to go over 45 but i want it to become a bit stronger.
