How many miles are on it? Mine did the same thing during the first 300 miles. I am at about 500 and I has only done it once since 300ish miles.

It feels like these are going to be a unicorn at this point but does anyone have a lead on some of the hard panel half doors for these?

Yes, I made that mistake once. Plus the temperature outside climbed about 30 degrees after I filled it. It takes a long time for these machines to burn through fuel. We drove for about 25 miles before I didn't need to pop the cap while we were stopped.
