Super 8 150 / Re: Just got Super 8; How should I break it in?

Thanks for the info guys. I am mostly in stop and go traffic so speeds are always changing. There
are a few faster sections where I am hitting around 50 mph or so but only for a mile or so, and then
I'm back in the bumper to bumper stuff. Also I stop every once in a while for a bite to eat and
let the scoot cool down. Winter in Tucson is nice and cool with the hottest part of the day around
65*F so it's a good time of year to break this motor in. Better than 104*F in the summer anyways.

Super 8 150 / Re: Milage and tank range.

I just got my Super 8 150 here in Tucson AZ and when the gage read half a tank with the odo at
50 miles I topped the tank off to see how much fuel it would take. If the tank size is 1.32 US gal.
like the specs say then I am getting around 75 miles a gallon. 1.32 gal. times 75 mpg = 99
miles. Half a tank = 50 miles. ::)

Super 8 150 / Just got Super 8; How should I break it in?

Hello, BT here.
I just purchased a new 2010 Kymco Super 8 down here in tucson arizona and was wondering if anyone
has any suggestions on how to properly break the motor in. The manual says dont go over half
throttle for the first 300 miles. I can do that but I will probably get run over by someone!
