I keep getting gas in the oil of my 2008 kymco agility 50

Hey guys I have a cone filter instead of the stock air box, my gas mileage sucks, I ordered the complete air box assembly, will this improve my miles per gallon?

I only use premium with a NGK iridium plug she's always happy performance wise this way, with 87 she was supper fussy

I use am soil marine gear lube, my friends grandpa is a dealer and he said that marine gear lube has yellow metal additives that protect the gears in the gear case
