Super 8 / Idk what to do I need help

My kymco super 8 2t 50cc moped the issue is I can crank it just fine and it takes off just fine but after a few hundred feet or so it acts like its dying it pulls at a walking pace going up hills and my top speed on flat is thirty mph when it does try to stall on me everytime I give it throttle it gets weaker like it's either getting to much gas or not enough idk what to make of it
