Venox 250 / Ammortizzatori /in English/

Buona sera vorrei sapere come faccio a capire (essendo un pò inesperto di moto) se l'ammortizzatore anteriore della mia Venox è scarico. Sento come se arrivasse a fine corsa prendendo una buca. Potrei per esempio misurare la parte che fuori esce dello stilo? Vorrei dei chiarimenti per favore. Grazie mille
Good evening I would like to know how do I understand (being a little inexperienced of moto) if the front shock of my Venox is unloaded. I feel like it's getting to the end of the race by taking a hole. Could I for example measure the part that comes out of the stylus? I'd like some clarification please.
