If it fits, it ships!

Battery is good, not slow cranking by any means.  Thinking it's just another little thing about the Kymco is all.  I tried some injector cleaner and sea foam but haven't really noticed a difference.  Maybe fuel pump is going or the fuel filter needs to be changed, or like I said just a Kymco thing.

Ahh okay, I appreciate the feedback.. Wasn't sure if it was something I should be worrying about, maybe the fuel pump going back.  But that makes me worry a little less.  I mean after a few seconds of turning it over it fires right up and when it's warm it starts immediately.  Thank you.

450/700 riders...

Has anyone had issues with starting?  I notice ever since I have had mine it doesn't fire up right away when it's cold.  I turn the key and wait for the EFI to kick off then turn the key to start and it tries to fire but doesn't right away.  Usually I will let off then turn it again then it will start.

Wondering if anyone has had this issue or know what might be causing it?  Maybe fuel filter or something with the EFI?

I love my 700, has the power and speed with a sporty look but also the back bed that is very useful for hunting and working around the house.  Also trail riding and throwing a cooler or whatever in the back.  I can't say get it over the 450 I guess it all just depends.  I do love the Kymco too, has been a great machine for me.  I just can't figure out how to get the speedometer working, that's my only issue.  I bought it used so can't blame Kymco.

And yes, I get it all the time.... I pretty much have the history and all the info of Kymco memorized now lol.

I bought and installed the universal plow from Cabelas. Works great, used it all last year.

I just bought the 60" plow from Cabelas, should be receiving it soon.  Wondering if anyone has installed it and if they had to mod the skid plate or remove it totally?  If removing it totally do you think that is bad for the underneath?

My kymco is in my farm. I will be going to my farm on august 19/20. I will get a picture by then if you still need it. :)

Wondering if you got a picture, and is it the same as the one I posted above?

I will have to take a look thank you.  And it wasn't but maybe 6-8" deep tops, I was just going at a decent speed and shot water up everywhere lol.

Maybe that's what happened.  I thought I heard the sound of a belt slip.

Yeah I learned that trick quickly about jiggling the shifter and touching the gas, but I was in gear and riding for 30 minutes and as soon as I went into the puddle it then seemed like it was in neutral although it still said H.  So that's when I just put it in R and then back to H and I was all set.  Just made me worry a little that something with the trans happened or something that the water shooting up caused.  But yeah I enjoyed the ride and it performed pretty well for me.  I was riding with some big Kaw Mules.

Hmm I will have to look into that.  I've never worked on linkage before so might have to have someone over who has to help me.

Hey guys,

So I took my 700i up to Mio for the weekend and did some riding.  Before I go into my problem/situation that happened, I would like to say the Kymco performed very well.  Happy with my purchase and I was ripping up dunes and trail riding all day.

But, the only problem I ran into was that I went through a puddle with it and when I slowed down to a stop sign I realized it had slipped out of gear. I hit the gas and it would only Rev up like it was in neutral.  I put it in reverse which worked then back in H and I was back on the trails no problem.

It was a slight scare but that was all.  Wondering if anyone has experienced this problem or maybe knows the cause to this and should I worry?
