Thanks Paul. Just followed your advice and toped the coolant to the top. Seems I did everything right in first DIY coolant change because the temp gauge stayed at normal level after 10 min of hard ride.

I am doing coolant change today and have just drained all coolant out and bought an anti freezer from auto parts shop. Now I got a new problem. I don't know how much cololant is enough for rafiator. For reservoir, I know there is the level line to check. For radiator, is there similar level indicator to check?

Downtown 300 / Re: Gas cap won't open

Thanks everyone who replied to my question. The problem is now solved. Someone helped me to whack on the cap with rubber hammer as I was twisting the key. By doing this for about a minute, I was suddenly able to turn the key fully and then it poped out.

Downtown 300 / Gas cap won't open
« on: March 29, 2017, 01:45:42 PM »
Hi
The gas cap on my downtown won't open after 3.5 month of winter storing.  I didn't add fuel stabilizer during winter because I thought I didn't need it as I was able to ride it in underground garage twice a month. Prior posting on the forum, I tried to search the old posts and found that it could be stuck by vacuum build up over the winter.I read from other post and learned that there is a vent hose that I can pull out to release the pressure build up in fuel tank. Not sure is there anybody who knows which body panel I should remove in order to reach to the vent hose?
