Very strange ,i downloaded the file and i found no virus nor any spyware ,and the file is OK. ???

Hmm, I don't know why I had a problem.  I'm glad the file is ok.  I may try it again - may have just been a fluke.

I think I'm going to order the Airhawk R air cushion for my scooter.  I have to measure the seat first though.

Have any of you tried this seat cushion?  It gets 4.5 stars on Amazon.com and my brother likes his very much.  Seems like a cheaper option that reconfiguring the seat.

My cousin T-boned an elk in Sula, Montana a few years ago and was critically injured.  It took a couple of years to get his health fully back.

I am glad that I was not hurt too. And I will try not to follow to close maybe a few more seconds behind. I did hear the animal express air was kinda gross squeaky toy kind of noise. It is a main road in town and I know that it wasn't there long and I made sure to look for it today but someone took care of it. I am sorry to have ran over it and feel bad for the dog passing. But in that scenario so many things could have gone so wrong in literally the blink of an eye. Be careful and watch out for "Road Kill"

Maybe you put the dog out of it's misery.  I always feel bad when I hit an animal, but it's not like I meant to do it.

General Discussion / Re: ..snow!!...

We're supposed to get another 2-4 inches tonight.

Every day some snow melts and then freezes at night and the gutters are full of ice.   So now the problem is melting ice during the day is seeping under the gutters and behind the siding and dripping down onto the window frames and into the house.  So far it's only happening in one window.  I duct taped some plastic inside the upper window sashes and then placed the plastic outside the windows on the bottom so that the dripping water will drip back outside instead of splashing back inside.

That worked for us about 25 years ago, I hope it works again.

I can't wait until Spring.

If you attempt to download the pdf from this link, your computer will be hit with spyware.  I had three spyware files download from this site.

Beware.

SCAM, when's the last time you've seen a modern car rust out?

Well, I was referring to decades ago.  :)

Hmmm, I like her helmet.  It says BKR or EKR on the front but I can't find that when I google it.  Does anyone have any idea who the maker is of her helmet?

Guys: I live literally on the water in a sleepy seacoast town north of Boston. It's not just the salt on the roads (which isn't good) but it's "air" that ages all of my 2-wheels over the years for me. If you live 10+ miles away from the ocean, you'll be much better off. As Stig mentioned, that Amsoil, Boeshield or Corrosion X is a MUST! They all work well, but I find Corrosion X in the larger can costs less. I spray my entire exhaust before the Winter & it really helps out. Even washing it once a week in the Spring, Summer & Fall doesn't completely stop it.

Way off topic here - MassScoot - are you familiar with the Halibut Inn in Gloucester?

Back on topic  - Do you remember when car dealers used to push undercoating?  I never cold figure out if that was a scam or not.

I tried organizing a meet up here in NJ, got 2 responders besides myself. Then winter came and it was kind of pushed onto the back burner. I'll try again come spring and see what comes of it. Doing more then 25 miles here in the States is a long ride on small scoots, too many highways in between

I didn't know there was another responder to the NJ meet up thread you started.  Three's enough.  Bump your thread in the spring and we'll try to get together.

Wow, what beautiful pictures and strange at the same time.  Don't they remind you of the Dr. Zhivago movie when their house was covered in ice?

I had New Jersey in my profile and added Somerset County.  I'm not real comfortable giving out my town just yet.  It's too small and most everyone knows each other.

I have the service manual for my DT200.  They should be similar except the engine. If you want it, let me know, i can send you the link to my dropbox, you can download it from there.

You are right.  I looked at the Kindle edition of this and they say it is for the DT200 and DT300.

The Kindle edition goes for $24.95.

I was tempted to go out today for about a minute.   :)  So, instead, I just ran it for a few minutes.  It started like a champ in this 30 degree weather.

Husband's HD would not start!    Both bikes are on battery tenders.  Sadly, there is just a little personal satisfaction in this fact.
