Xciting 500 / Rear suspension upgrade

I searching amort for two hard weight bikers.
I found upgrade in current forum.
G52400-LBA2-E10
G52400-LBA2-E00
But I cannot find it in trusted kymco spare parts shops. Also I found bitubo springs, but I want to hear about other springs variants.

Well. Thanks all. Variator was repaired in service.
I guess, that this detail was a reason for slow speed:

« on: September 27, 2023, 01:44:53 PM »where the nut came loose allowing the variator fan to foul the filter housing as the fan moved along the shaft.This ia also my first case.I decided that the mechanics did not secure the nuts firmly enough and the fan cover was simply worn out
Looks to me as though for some reason, your fan has not snugged up along the shaft close enough to clear the housing, hence the wear. It's why that you need to establish. Could be that you're onto something with the belt. For example, it might be that the non-standard belt is very slightly too short, stopping the two faces meeting correctly and preventing you from tightening up the retaining nut sufficiently?Would installing a sealing washer on one side help?

Already 2 time for this year, I order and replacing
FACE DRIVE KYMCO XCITING 500 ORIGINAL 22102-LBA2-E00. (screenshot)
Please suggest, why it can broken so often?
I guessing about not original belt for cause of this. Maybe other reason?

AK550 have more conform on highway.
But not yet for A2 drivers(
Kymco Xciting 500I 130-140kmh motor vibrations annoying for me. Maybe AK550 silent at this speed.

Well, what about usecases...
70% is a city. 30% long trips, with 10 % light offroad.
But I ride with a passenger, then I think not best idea about 'offroad" scooters with high clearance. Most preffereable comfort in long road.
And...probably low gravity center, because kymco 500i veeery uncontrolled on any light vertical hill offroad with second number. Maybe it is "illness" of all maxiscooters, ofc.
I looked kymco dt x360 board computer, this is cool - big display with many options , really modern look offer in moto world, I want same feature, too. But 320cc for highway... I'm already used to the comfort of 500cc power.
ps. I found same display only on Voge ds500.

My 500i already old.
I watch to newer Kymco model lines.
But look like new Euro restrictions decreased new scooters power. Top power about 400cc.
What kymco model-line do you suggest for replace 500i ?
I want same big Suitcase, like burgman.
Or, maybe you already find for self, not kymco replacement?

« on: June 13, 2023, 08:09:20 AM »Sounds like a CVT issue. Rollers to light, or belt wore out or wrong belt.I already changed the pads and the belt. Old and new belt - same issue.

idle rotation now not crazy - it fixed.
By speed problem still exist. Tachometer on red line already at 100-110 km/h.
Any suggestions?

Well, I replace O2 sensor.
But ISC still old.
How I can force diagnostic procedure again? (In Service point, they turn off warning CELP notifications)
I want to be sure, that O2 error disappear.
I tried:
1. Turn the key to the ON position and wait for ten seconds.
2. Fully open the throttle and wait for ten seconds.
3. Release the throttle.
4. The indicator will blink twice (0.5 second) quickly.
But no luck.
Only diagnostic tool make do force all checks again?
