I have a Kymco bet & win 250cc. My question is do the front forks have an adjustment for a smoother ride? My ride is too stiff, no bounce. Thanks

I have a Kymco People 250. In the manual it states spark plug gap 0.6-0.7. By using a car gage, the numbers are as follows, .025, .030, .040 etc.....
Are the numbers the same? Also I noticed that on the engine side of the carburetor there are 2 small hoses. Where do these hoses go to because one is plugged with a screw. I just bought this bike and it has hesitation, that's why I'm trying to tune it up. Thanks, Jesse
