How long is driving belt, if original is 729mm..... I use 743mm :)  that give me moor max. speed and fast acceleration :) I change varistor with KUSO (sorry my friend zombie :) )  this one http://www.aliexpress.com/item/KOSO-High-Performance-Variator-Set-with-Copper-Rollers-For-Most-Chinese-50cc-GY6-Scooter-Honda-Dio/729872463.html   I weight 89kg my max. speed is 70km/h. :)

Hi Friend, when battery is full death you will not start engine, because not energy for ignition coil. Buy new battery an all will by OK :) I have manuals but tell me how I send you :)

Does not matter, the gauge  is just a resistor :)
