also i have heard conflicting results from cc upgrades ,what are the pro and cons about those,and how big can you go without milling the case,i have the ability to do the case milling but if it is not worth it i do not want to do it thanks again bthmtech

has anyone found a good performance exhaust for an agility 125, my  locale shop will gut my stock pipe ,but it looks nasty when its done ,i do not want to do that, present mods include DR PULLY  variator and ruima clutch and malossi belt and mrp stealth clutch bell,any help would be greatly appreceated  thanks bthmtech

 I like the looks of this kit , with the 2 ring piston and the stud kit will greatly improve longevity, and the price cant be beat you might want to check and see if you need to put two base gaskets for clearence , also what carb are you using and what exhaust , it sounds like I am coming in on this storey late but I had a zx50 that I modified very much, I only went to 70 cc but Igot my kit from moped hospital , I hope this works out for you   bryan

There are no special tools involved all you need is an 3/8 impact with a 17mm socket. This a very simple thing to do. people get to critical on these forums  do not let it get to you, you also need a 10mm socket to take the two air cleaner housing bolts off and a 8mm socket to take the cvt cover off it is very easy, just make sure that you get the splines on the kick start washer in line  with the splines before you tighten it down, I have seen this happen very often, and use caution when installing the cvt cover just use hand tools on these bolts ,I would use sliders as they work much better than rollers 13grms worked good for me but it depends on how much you way and if you want top end or 0 to 60mph, good luck , bthmtech email me at bthmtech007@yahoo.com if you need more info good luck,   bryan

 Not after I found good bulbs,the leds are awsome ,they made the most improvement , try that combo before modifying housing it is very bright   ,   let there be light    bryan

I had the same problem with the stock clutch from the time my bike was new about every 500 miles I had to clean and " burn in" my clutch so I bought a RUIMA clutch from PROVOSCOOTERS for $ 80 bucks with shipping and and a MRP stealth bell from SCOOTERTRONICS FOR $ 48 bucks with shipping and it works great. The clutch comes with 2000 rpm springs on it and I put a red [ 2000 rpm ] torque spring when I redid the clutch I lost some top end but the 0 to 60mph was greatly improved. I also have a DR PULLEY variator with 13gr sliders  and a MALOSSI KEVLAR BELT. look into it , its well worth the money   ,bthmtech

you need to check for a key off draw take the negitive batt cable off and put a test light between the cable and the batt if the light come on you have a key off draw , also check batt voltage it should about 12.56v ,then check running voltage it should be about 14.2v

There are so many different gaskets  I just use anarobick sealer loctite part number 51831 It is a mated flange sealant but do not put but a thin coat it works great buy the way i havent heard from you latly send me an email and i will tell you about my resent adventures   be cool  bryan  P.S its also  called  gasket eliminator 518

 I put in a halogen bulb from SCOOTERCRAFT  and wired the 194 bulb sockets to my high beams and put 75 lumen led bubs in , it worked great Igot hem from SUPERBRIGHT LEDS, I also did away with the load resistors and got a led flasher from them  . SCOOTERWEST sells the zenon bulb that I used for almost 2 years but they are out of stock on it now.I also got the new socket by ordering a wiring harness for a zx50 from kymco for 15 bucks, the socket has male spade terminals on it so its very easy to hookup , bryan

i put mich pilot sports sc on my bike when i bought it i like them very much they have a good ride and very good in wet conditions i have 6k on them now and they are not showing much where at all but just about any tire would be better than  stock they suck,  bryan

hello , i put a 50/50 watt ba20d zenon bulb in my agility 125 and it melted the socket be very carefull  i also put led turn singnals on my bike and added 2 load resistors  from radio shack part # 271-0132 for about two bucks and they work great, i am going to try to modifiy housing to accept h4 bulb will let you know how that works out also i tryed wiring a relay off the headlight switch [ before the socket melted] and it was just to much for the stator,    bryan

Man it sounds like your dealer  did not PDI your bike, I have an 09 also [bought new] I love my bike and I think most owners would say the samething.IS the bike still under warrenty?If it is i would take it back to dealer and raise holly hell          bryan

I HAVE LIGHTS WHEN ICRANK IT SO I THINK THE RECTIFIER IS GOOD , I DONOT HAVE A WIRING DIAGRAM BUT I ROAD THE BIKE EARLYER TODAY  AND IT WAS FINE BUT WENT OUT A FEW MINUTES AGO AND HAD NO SPARK  PLEASE HELP BRYAN
