Not sure how well it would work, when I added a rear window to mine the dust issue became worse for the driver and passenger, it seemed to trap the dust inside. I have a fold down windshield so with that down and no rear window the dust goes right thru. There is a product out there that looks like wings that attach to the side of the windshield tht is supposed to push the dust out and around the passenger area, but have only saw pics no actual experience.

Well the good ones are 55 bucks a pair... but they do work well. I have no regrets as they are pretty heavy duty and do fold in on impact. Also a long warranty on damage. Nice HD mounts.

No way to totally stop dust from coming in unless you seal the cab and add air conditioning!  What is really needed is to get the dust to pass thru quickly so you don't choke to death. I also bought a "wolf snout" dust mask for the wife and I, they work great!  Not cheap but they work very well and do filter out the dust, easily cleaned and reused. We now wear goggles and a dust mask if any dust is on the trail. Gotta protect those eyes and lungs!!
