Title: Kymco people 50cc 2t 2004 gear vent or?

Hello everyone. I found this hole in the carter, and sometimes running oil out there. what was there in place of this hole? Does anyone have a photo to show me? Kymco people 50cc 2t

Can you move back a bit with the camera? Maybe some of the 2t experts here know what this is and where it it is.

I'm no expert, but it might be the final reduction level / filler.  You might take a look at page 9-8 of the manual

Flhouser link to service manual subtly shows on page 9-7 that hole which is the vent for the gear box. It will weep a little during normal use but will weep A LOT if you overfill the box. This is something most of us have done because you do NOT fill to the fill hole. That manual also  specifies how much oil should be used. I recommend you drain and refill with the correct amount to be sure.
