Title: Got another Kymco '08 200S
Post by: Tri750 on January 16, 2018, 03:08:49 PM
My 4th Kymco, 2nd 200S, my rollers are flat spotted and I want to use Dr. Pulley sliders.
No one who sells them can tell me what size the 200S uses.
Does anyone know what dimensions the stock rollers are ?
I know the stock weight is 13 grams.

You can answer here or email to : Tri750@hotmail.com
Thanks in advance .

I ran 13g sliders on mine.  Worked fine, mostly obviated the flat spot in acceleration, & a bigger main jet (I forget the size) helped with the rest of that.

I'd consider lighter for a bit more going up hills, but I don't think I'd go heavier, the top end was the same as the stock rollers, & really the bike was pretty tapped at at the top end so I wouldn't see any gain except maybe a little MPG (maybe) if you're kinda light. (I ain't).

I went one stage lighter with sliders on my Like 200i 14gm to 13gm and it gave a nice fat power band in the 30-45mph range and a slight increase in top end. I had the stock rollers before the change.
