So the friends shed is out? You gonna keep it at your place instead?

Yes!  I Want it close to me and keep it running.  I have done this for 12 years and my bikes always seem to like this! :) So do I!

If you are going to leave on that platform or in tent you'll need to find something near by to chain it to. Like a tree. Don't want some one else riding your baby next summer...

YES I think there is a post just at the front of the porch I can chain it to.  I also have a bike cover that when someone starts to pull it off an alarm will go off!!! That tent cover you see here also locks down and that tent is meant to be attached to the floor I built to.

That is quite a bike cover!
Saw similar zip houses being used in Florida to cover their rides.
I bought a simple cover to use at work - but looked around at the lousy neighborhood that 5am morning....and then rolled my LIKE200i into our maint. bldg. every day for the next 3 years.
I like that you're keeping your scooter nearby.

Thank you Stig yeah I like to have it handy for sure in case we have decent days in our winter and Kat can take it for a wee run around town to keep it all in decent shape.  I don't like the idea of it storing and sitting not running at all.

We have something similar in the UK - the Bike Barn I think it's called.

A friend had one and thought it was quite good but said that it does start to look a bit tatty after a couple of years if used in an exposed area.

Yeah I am thinking Snorvey to velcro a tarp over mine to help keep it better :) What do ya think of that?

You know Kat, I think you have planned well and your pretty scoot will be very happy in its new home.
It should sleep well in it's new cozy little hutch. Great job.

If it wasn't for the trouble and strife, I'd keep the scoot inside the house!
