So, here's a question for the folks that know more about tires then I do, which is not very much at all...lol. I know the front tire is a 120/80-17. I am wanting to know if a 130/90-17 would fit?

 it is time to take out a tape measure ,  130 is 10MM . wider  and 10%  higher or get the measure of the tire you want
