Title: Pls help. 50cc 4 stroke scooter losing power up hill

my 50 c_c scooter loses power up any incline I just change the belt and it's been doing this and getting worse does anyone have any ideas please. Also I can get up to top speed but unless it's slightly down hill it takes longer than it used to but when I go up The same hill I always go up (and never had a problem) it slows to a crawl.

I have the same problem on my 2 stroke.  It barely goes 25 MPH.  When I'm at full throttle, it bogs down badly.  Uphill is worse!  I haven't changed the belt, but I find that interesting!  Hope we can find some answers. :)
