Not an expert in best prices....but a quick web search should yeild you 2 or 3 Kymco parts sources.
I generally buy from Kymco partsmonster and from my Kymco scooter dealer.
I price compare.

Honestly, owning a scooter or motorcycle, you will soon find out, nothing is cheap. Even parts for my 150cc Chinese scooter, are quite pricey.
There are several company's, and price wise , they are all about the same.
For my Kymco DT300, I have used kymco parts monster, in the past, without a problem. You can even call them, and actually speak to someone.

I'm with the other guys. I use Kymco Parts Monster. Kymco parts are not cheap, but they are good and in the long run will save you money versus aftermarket stuff.

I like Leeson's, they were cheaper then Kymcomonster because they didn't charge for shipping and I got great, friendly service when I called them.

I am not located in USA but I found that demon tweeks are cheaper than USA online shops.

Like most of the comments here, I was pleased with Kymco Parts Monster. When I needed a L/h stop light switch, everyone else I talked to told me the same switch fit either R/H or L/H. Not so. Talked, live to a fellow ar Parts Monster and he knew the switch I needed and got it to me post haste. My next part will come from Parts Monster. The price was about the same from every vender I called.

I always start looking for everything on ebay, hitting the "buy it now" button. I recently got a new drive belt for my GrandVista 250 for...$17, shipping included, and damned if it wasn't a perfect fit! (At that price I figured it would be a long shot.) I also got a new set of variator rollers for $12.50, shipping included. A new clutch bell was $50, from Italy of all places, and was at my California door in four days  from the time I hit the buy button. I loooove ebay!

You can always fall back on Leeson's or the "Monster" if ebay doesn't have it.

This place sells Kymco parts at very reasonable prices.  OEM Kymco belt for the Downtown is only about $65.
