Post by: mury on December 20, 2016, 03:53:29 PM
Hello Kymco's,i,m from Bulgaria, now i,ll drive Piaggio Liberty 50 2T-great machine !!!! But i looking for Agility 50 City,i like it a lot.I identified one instance in 2013, and I want to know what exactly are its restrictions, it really 2013 model will not limit at CDI ???? Thanks in advance.Hopefully by Christmas I can boast here with my Kymco . I would like to learn what initial improvements need to do to improve the course and maximum speed. I read quite here, but already confused, what on what model years scooters do.

Cant tell you for sure about the CDI, guess it`s the same as the Agility tho.
Go ahead and put in a #82 main jet, buy a smooth boss and install 5,5gr rollers (16x13) while you`re at it. Derestrict the intake manifold (there`s a washer in there).

Drive safe!

Hello I am interested in what the orginal size belt at Agility City 50 2013 year .In Bulgaria sold 729 mm. length, and some sites I go out, it should be 737 mm. I do not know what the truth is, I did not come to open crankcase to see what is now the bike.

Some bikes you can put wider belts on.to gain some speed.but you need to make sure the clutch and vereator can handle it.

Most things have been done, I even needlessly ordered a smooth boss. I mounted 5.5 g rolls, but the machine seemed to be slower and lost at maximum speed, max 55. The original rollers were 6.5 g, I think 5.5 come light. Now I'm thinking of ordering 6 grams, you can come with them.
